Service
We don't disappear after launch.
A monthly retainer that keeps your website improving, ranking, and performing. The same person every month. Direct communication, no support tickets, no new account manager every quarter. Most of our clients stay on for years because the site keeps earning its place.
Why it exists
The day a website launches is the day it starts degrading. Content goes stale. Google changes its ranking factors. Competitors catch up. Third-party integrations break. Browser standards move. A site that was quick last year is suddenly slow on the current iPhone.
An Ongoing Partnership is how you keep your site working. Every month we run the maintenance that stops things falling over, plus the active improvements that keep the site gaining ground instead of losing it. It is the difference between owning a car you service regularly and owning a car you only take to the mechanic when it breaks.
We deliberately keep the retainer smaller than most agency retainers (most are $1,500 to $3,000/month and require a huge block of hours to justify). Ours starts at $450/month, scaled up only if your site genuinely needs more attention. Honest work, honest pricing.
Every month, at minimum
As needed, no extra cost
Scope beyond the retainer (major features, full rebuilds, extensive design work) quoted separately at studio rates.
How hours work
Most retainers use the "use it or lose it" model where your hours expire monthly. Ours doesn't. Seasonal businesses can stockpile hours in quiet months and cash them in when it matters. No billable-hour theatre.
